Had a wonderful experience! My husband and I are going through the daunting process of buying our first home. Sue did a wonderful job explaining to me all the different options we had and what takes place during the lead testing. Needless to say I had a ton of questions. She was nice enough to walk me through and answer everything little thing she could. We had a few delays and had to reschedule in a vary tight timeline. However, they where able to squeeze us into their busy schedule last minute. After getting the results of the test we had more questions. Sue took the time, once again, to walk us through everything we asked about. She even sent us a link so we could easily fine a lead safe contractor. Listen I don’t do many Google reviews, but I feel like they’ve gone well above the call of duty. At the end of the day these people are the people you want, trust me.

Sue and Karl conducted a lead inspection on our house. They were professional, thorough, and deeply knowledgeable about potential sources of lead contamination in an older home. They conducted XRF testing throughout the interior and exterior, plus water, dust, and soil testing. With what we learned we can now encapsulate specific areas of deteriorated lead paint, replace several faucets, and know that we are keeping our family safe. I am familiar enough with lead hazards that I probably could have prepared samples myself, but I wouldn’t have been able to match their thoroughness and expertise, and I would have rightly worried that I might be missing something. It was well worth the expense, and I recommend them highly.

Very quick testing and turnaround of the report. Very professional and courteous staff. We will probably use them again for asbestos testing. I highly recommend paying a little extra for the non-intrusive “x-ray” testing. They took over 400 readings on the interior and exterior, very thorough.
